Susan Russell is a seasoned writer, award winning broadcast journalist and show host with credits to include NBC, CBS, ABC and CNN affiliates as well as national syndication on the Travel Channel, Lifetime Television, Fox Sports Net, Sunshine Network and USA Sports Network, among others. Her gifting and entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch ON CUE MEDIA, a creative media arts & communication company managing copy writing, media relations, video production, strategic messaging, media training and public awareness campaigns for various clients. Her subsequent company GOTTA HAVE VIDEO is responsible for all video production.
Susan's enthusiasm to connect and foster conversation together with her zest for storytelling has served her well in conducting hundreds of interviews, from the president of the United States to local mayors, athletes and celebrities. As a spokesperson Susan has also represented numerous companies and she continues to do so providing both voice and on-camera talent.
In the corporate world, Susan has held the positions of VP of Marketing/PR and Director of Media/Communications handling marketing strategy and business development as well as all media related activities.
A native Northern Californian with family roots in Oregon, Susan is also cultured having lived and worked in numerous foreign countries. She’s a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.A. in Communication/Journalism and has done post graduate work in broadcasting at Stanford University. She currently resides in Durango, Colorado with her husband.
